 Election rigging weights on the Albanians’ finances
 The deformation of Albanians’ will expressed through the vote is directly paid by their pocket through the new energy bill, doubled raised water supply bill, everyday living bill in general, this was the observation made by the SPA Chairman Edi Rama during a meeting with journalists, which was organized on Friday morning. During this discussion Rama has strongly emphasized that the election transparency issue is not a technical or procedural issue, but a political issue, because the serious crisis the country is facing comes as result of the election rigging.
“We have to see all together the simple truth that the lack of the transparency has not to do with the ballot boxes as some objects that have some documents, but it has to do with the governing philosophy, which is everyday more connected with the grabbed power physiognomy.
We all must understand that the right for transparency is a constitutional right and a constitutional obligation of the Parliament towards the people. This right was denied to us because its restitution would highlight horrible data about the elections, as result of which this deformed power that is ruining the economy of the country and is affecting the family economy originates.  Fraud ID cards, the scandal denounced in the plenary session
During his speech in the plenary session, the Chairman of the SPA Parliamentary Group has once again asked the ruling majority not to miss the chance to resolve the political crisis through two legal initiatives submitted by the Socialist Party for election investigation. Other "Ruzhdie cases" should also be investigated
During this week, the Chairman of the Socialist Party of Albania, Edi Rama, had a meeting with journalists in Berat to discuss about the SPA stands and political actions. Energy bills, Rama: Ready for protests
SPA has received numerous phone calls, letters and e-mails about the abusive invoicing of the electric energy during January. The Chairman of the Socialist Party of Albania, Edi Rama, has harshly reacted about the abusive invoicing made by OSSh, which follows the energy price rise strongly criticized by the SPA. Amendment to the Law on State Intelligent Service, anti-constitutional
During a thorough analysis of the draft law on State Intelligent Service proposed by the ruling majority, SPA MP Ilir Gjoni has shown through arguments why the effort to amend the existing law constitutes a dangerous anti-constitutional and anti-democratic effort. US Department of State: Corruption is still a major problem
The socialist MP Saimir Tahiri has reacted after the publication of the Annual Report of the US Department of State. MP Tahiri has emphasized that the report highlights the lack of the judiciary independence as result of the executive branch interventions, the lack of transparency, the vagueness of the legal procedures, as well as the high ranking governmental officials’ immunity that constitute the establishment of the culture of impunity, which according to the US Department of State are considered as “cases that do not get resolved”.
